Acceptional Ministries uses funds provided by God (Philipians 4:19) to provide special needs families with a variety of needs. As such, our board is committed to being good stewards (1 Corinthians 4:2) of the resources He has given. Our purpose for all these questions is to accomplish that responsibility. We fervently pray that God's provision for your family will point to you the hope that is found in Jesus Christ.
Qualifications for Receiving Assistance

Family must consist of one special needs individual.

No monies will be paid directly to the family, but rather for the purchase of a particular item (i.e. Ipad, software, etc.) or financial need (doctor/lawyer bill).

No more than one financial request per year.
Process for Receiving Assistance

This form must be completed in its entirety. (For Requests over $500 Fill out this form)

No verbal requests will be considered.

All requests are in strict confidence. Information is only shared with our board for the purpose of making award decisions.
